How long does it take for you to ship my items?
Most items are made to order and generally take up to a week to make before dispatching. Please refer to our homepage banner for current processing times.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do! Maybe you'd like a smaller sailor bow, or wanting to purchase a collar and lead in a print we stock, but it's not available online? Let us know what you'd like by sending us a message via the "chat with us" button, via our Instagram @maxandmilaco or via email at email@example.com. We can set up a custom listing for you to purchase.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you would like to pay for Express Shipping (outside of Australia) or extra cover, please contact us before placing order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the delivery provider in your country.
All orders placed come with tracking numbers.

Returns and exchange policy
As most items are handmade and customised to each specific order, unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We do accept size exchanges on designer harnesses and matching collars only, however the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
To keep your Max & Mila Co. item looking its best, we recommend removing before dirty play dates and salty water adventures. Spot clean or hand wash item with mild detergent. Dry on a flat surface.
Please check collars and leads regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Max & Mila Co. is not responsible for any injuries or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
